How it works (Quick Start)
- Place a charcoal disc in the burner on a heat-proof surface in a well-ventilated space.
- Light the charcoal and allow it to glow.
- Add *3–4 beads of frankincense, then a **coin-sized piece of copal*.
- Write one sentence: “I am releasing __.”
- Let the smoke cleanse your space as you breathe slowly and intentionally.
- Complete the ritual by burning your paper safely in a fire-proof bowl.
