My approach is integrative; I draw from multiple therapeutic traditions based on what you need. Some sessions might be reflective and exploratory. Others might be scientific, evidence-based, and solution-focused. I meet you where you are.
Anagenesis means renewal, the process of returning to a more integrated, authentic, and soulful version of yourself.
The Anagenesis Method is the framework that shapes how I work, whether we are using psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, or a thoughtful integration of both.
At its core, Anagenesis recognizes that lasting change occurs when we work across multiple levels:
Instead of only looking at the symptoms or what you do on the outside, this approach helps us figure out what’s causing the problem underneath—what keeps you feeling stuck and repeating the same emotions or actions, which makes it harder to change.

The services below reflect the ways I most commonly support my clients. All my work is guided by the Anagenesis Method, an integrative therapeutic framework I’ve developed over years of clinical practice.

One-to-one psychotherapy for individuals who feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or out of alignment with themselves.

Support for families experiencing conflict, emotional distance, or challenges related to developmental stages, change, or transition.

Therapeutic support for couples navigating disconnection, communication breakdowns, trust challenges, or significant life transitions.

I work with organisations to support emotional wellbeing, resilience, and self-awareness through talks, workshops, and experiential sessions designed for modern workplaces. These offerings aim to enhance both productivity and psychological wellbeing.

Hypnotherapy allows us to access deeper layers of the subconscious—where emotional memories, limiting beliefs, and inner aspirations are often held beyond conscious awareness.

Bringing together clinical psychology and experiential methods to support meaningful, tangible change from the inside out.
The term psychology originates from the Greek words psyche (soul) and logos (study), and has historically referred to the study of the mind, brain, soul, and spirit. My approach is holistic, addressing the cognitive, emotional, experienced, and intuitive dimensions of our psychology to support meaningful and lasting integration.
In addition to evidence-based psychotherapy and hypnotherapy, my work may include carefully held experiential practices drawn from ritual, meditation, and depth-oriented traditions. These experiences are designed to support insight, embodiment, and inner integration, and may include elements inspired by shamanic lineages, ceremonial practices, and retreat-based work.
These deeper processes allow us to access subconscious material, embodied awareness, and intuitive dimensions of the psyche—areas that are often less accessible through cognitive approaches alone.
This work forms part of the Anagenesis Method, an integrative approach that brings together psychology, hypnotherapy, and depth-based practices to support meaningful and lasting transformation. It is intended for individuals who feel called to explore beyond symptom relief and reconnect with a deeper sense of meaning and purpose.
All experiences are facilitated with care, ethical awareness, and strong psychological grounding.
When we reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose, life often feels more coherent, meaningful, and aligned.
I will guide you through this process with presence and discernment.
